Founded by the Catholic Sisters in 1981, and with operations in 41 states, MHI has more than 40 years experience developing, preserving, managing, and financing affordable housing. MHI’s subsidiaries further the organization’s mission: Mercy Housing Management Group offers professional property management and Mercy Community Capital finances nonprofit organizations.
